Jake is a beautiful boy and a real joy to have in our lives. He came to us at about 8 weeks old and we have loved him ever since. He is our founding stud dog and he and Dolly have given us the very first litter for Copper Cliff Kennels. Jake is a gorgeus black, red and tan boy with fabulous dark coloring - rich reds and tans. He is a smaller male at 75lbs and he has wonderful movement, both going and coming. Jake also has wonderful expression and a temperament to die for! He is all the things a great German Shepherd should be..... Loyal, Brave, and Proud with a gentleness and playfulness that kids love.

Jake comes from championship lines and has both German and American bloodlines with all the German lines coming from his Dam and all the American lines coming from his Sire. Jake began his show career in Feb of 2005 he attended the Thunder Bay Kennel Club's Argus Dog Show and took his first 2 points and won "Winners Dog". This was his first time in the show ring. In March of 2005 his second time in the ring Jake went on to Brandon Manitoba to the Wheat City Show were he finished his championship with nine points! Under the expert handling of Geri Thompson.

Dolly came to us at 17 months old and has fit right in with the rest of the gang. She is a beautiful black and tan with the prettiest face and mask. She and Jake have given us 6 of the most beautiful babies we could ever ask for. This litter is showing some great potential so far and we have some big plans for them. Dolly has a beautiful coat great angles and movement and very soft personality and temperament. Although, she will guard her babies with her life. She too is a smaller female at 60lbs. Dolly has only been entered in one show in Feb at the Thunder Bay Kennel Club she took 3 second place ribbons. She then took time off to start her family. She will be back in the ring soon.
